Power and HR Zone Workshops May 3 and 17

On Sunday May 3 and Sunday May 17 we’ll be running our Zone workshops for elevating your cycling workouts and fitness level!

Zones are how you determine how much work you are doing in cardiovascular exercise. Revocycle the only spinning studio in Portland that has the metrics and knowledge necessary to help you find your zones and maximize your workout!

Power Zones- May 3 7:00-8:30am

We’ll determine our maximum power levels during this workshop and then use that number to calculate our zones.

Heart Rate Zones- May 17 7:00-8:30am

We’ll ride to determine our maximum HR and use that information to calculate our heart rate zones.

Both workshops will begin with a very finely tuned fit to your bike, discussion of good form with personal feedback on position.
