If you’re running the Rock ‘n’ Roll Portland Half Marathon or 10k on May 17, hold on to your bib after you cross the finish line!

Why? Well, we’re offering free indoor cycling classes to Rock ‘n’ Roll runners through the end of the month. Trade in that bib and give your running shoes a break!

Now’s the time to mix in some no-impact cardio cross-training to keep your running going strong all summer long. Bikes are available in ANY class on the schedule – but only on a first-come, first-served basis, so call ahead to reserve your spot!
