Our founder has ridden bikes for 25 years and at Revocycle we love this movement form in the same way a yogi loves her practice.

It’s a source of peace, happiness, centeredness and wellness, exactly like a good yoga practice.

This is the same body, after all, as the one doing yoga- the same muscles, the same breath, the same joints and bones.

And like your yoga asana, the more you tune into your body and focus on good position and technique, the more you get the benefits, both mental and physical.

As it turns out, our calm teaching approach and focus on good form and technique is 180 degrees opposite of most spin studios.

This surprises us. Cycling is a real exercise form, and all those ‘moves’– tap-backs, figure-8s, around-the-worlds, etc.- are banned by every certification because they’ll injure your back and knees…and ruin the actual cycling workout.

Whether you’re an outdoor cyclist or not, your knees and back and hips and shoulders have no idea if they are on a spin bike or an outdoor bike.

It’s funny…..a yoga class isn’t a party on the mat. And would you even want your yoga instructor dancing around the room yelling sexy “motivation”?

Movement is movement, the body is the body, body awareness is body awareness.

So at Revocycle we’re bringing the industry forward; in our knowledge of the movement form and our mindful approach to form and technique.

The result is the best spinning workout in the country, and the safest.
