Revocycle is for people who are serious about using an indoor cycle to get really fit.


We are not a “non-stop party on the bike”. We’re people who want to do an exercise well.

Think about it- if you can dance around and do ‘around the worlds’ while pedaling, you are by definition not cycling hard and therefore not getting in shape!

No person pushing hard on the bike could possibly be doing ‘corner to corners’.

The cycling movement form is making strong, powerful full circles with the muscles of the legs. The upper body is in a position to support that movement. The mind is focused on feeling the muscles and breathing.

 Like your barre or yoga class, we aren’t trying to be ‘fun’, we’re aiming to be effective.
