We aren’t a ‘party’ and we’re not here to distract and entertain you. Like your yoga or barre class, we guide you with good form and alignment so that you get the most out of your class.
Proper alignment of the body starts with expert bike fitting, so that you can use the muscles properly to pedal well.
We pedal to the rhythm of modern, uplifting music between 60 and 110 rpm, using the beat as our mental focus so that we can quiet the mind.
As in your barre or yoga practice, we teach our riders to tune into the body- the breath, the muscles, the shoulders and the spin- as a way of being present.
Our program is about making power with the muscles of the legs – that’s how you use an indoor bike to get fit. Making that power requires a technique and focus, not dancing and partying.
