Revocycle is cycling done as a mind-body practice for fitness.


Our goal in classes is to use the bike as well as we can to get the most out of class.

So, unlike the standard trend in ‘Spin’ classes, we aren’t here for a party and we don’t teach dane moves on the bike. We’re about tuning in to the body, focusing on the movement and muscles used, quieting the mind.


We use our many years of experience in outdoor cycling to teach you how to get the most out of your cycling class.


And we do it with a mind-body approach so that we can get into the ‘zone’. No yelling, no screaming, no cursing. 


Just calm instruction, good form and pedaling to the rhythm of the modern music through our amazing sound system.
