We know, we know. ‘Spinning’ is often about ‘rockstar’ instructors who wear bandanas, scream and yell, dance around the room. We don’t think like that. Revocycle believes that cycling, like any exercise form, is about tuning into the body and using good technique. We believe that we should be welcoming to all, we believe that music matters.

This was my first class at Revocycle and it was a great experience. I loved the personal attention I received that helped with my first time jitters. Time flew by in the class! Somehow 30 minutes felt like 10 minutes and just like that I had my workout completed. I found it to be a very positive, encouraging, and uplifting class without the typical instructor using yelling to motivate. I walked out feeling centered, energized, and my thighs were feeling the burn.

The bike quality. The music quality in terms of actual sound, as well as the choice in music. I like the lighting. I love the degree of help I have received on riding technique.

I only had one. Music was a bit loud, making it a little hard to hear Lindsay. I appreciate the attention to fitting the bike and to proper posture and pedal stroke. and the admonishment to go at your own pace.

As a newcomer, the level of help understanding the studio and the bikes was great. It’s so much nicer to have them show you the ropes than to try and figure it out on your own.

It was a great workout which focused on being mindful of my form and how my body was responding to the workout. The workout was both individual with the benefit of a group setting. The people were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is interested in fitness of the body and mind.
