The idea of combining a good cardio workout and upper body/core strength building into one class is very appealing. You get to burn some calories with the cardio cycling movement and you get to tone and strengthen muscles with the upper body work.
We developed RevoSculpt to give you the best possible cardio workout AND the best possible strength/core workout in one single 60 minute class.
By separating the two we can focus on cycling only for 30 minutes in order to maximize the cardio benefits of cycling- no need to slow down and take the hands off of the bars in order to lift weights or do sit-ups. We keep the muscles working and heart rate up for the whole 30 minutes.
We get off the bike, grab our weights and really focus on good form and technique in our sculpting and strength building section.
A bike is no place to work on weight lifting, and weight lifting is no way to gain the benefits of cycling.
By separating the two we get the most benefits of both!
